Turnaround Time
Our standard lead time is 7-10 business days from receipt of all blank garments, art files, and approval. Please allow additional time for personalization, finishing services, carton labeling, special requirements, etc. Required sewouts and pre- production samples will increase turnaround time.
Rush Options:
- 1-2 Day - 100% upcharge
- 3 Day - 50% upcharge
- 5 Day - 30% upcharge
Rush projects must be approved by a sales rep. prior to the submission of a purchase order.
Peak Season:
Due to the influx in orders towards the end of the year, from Oct. 31 - Jan. 8 our standard lead time will be 10-15 business days. Rush options will be extremely limited and will be billed as follows:
- 5 Day - 50% upcharge
- 7 Day - 30% upcharge
